Reservation Policies for Direct Customers

All reservations must be 100% warranted by means of a credit card.

The confirmation of the reservation will be subject to acceptance of the credit card included in the request form.

Jardines Arenal does not confirm your reservation when your credit card presents some inconvenience, nor is turner down. (Not accepted)

Cancellations received 15 – 29 days before arrival date, will be penalized with 50% of the total amount charged.

Cancellations received 0 – 14 days before arrival date of the client, will be penalized with 100% of the total amount charged.

In case of No Show at all when the customer does not arrive on the reserved date, penalization will be for 100% of the total amount charged.

Any cancellation request must be sent by fax (506)479-9323 or by e-mail to sales@Jardinesarenalhostel.com.
